Drool rash tips?

My girl has had a drool rash on her neck for a couple weeks now and I dont know what to do anymore. I'm going to make a doctor app but jm wondering If anyone has any tips or advice? I've tried exema cream, petroleum jelly, zincofax, baby oil...everything. I put socks on her hands to stop her itching because she has itched them raw before 😓 help!!

Our son is such a drooly baby our pediatrician said to go ahead and put some moisturizer on it and to keep an eye out for a yeast infection. The only think that really helps I’ve found is once the onesies wet to take it off.

A&D ointment cleared up my daughters. I used it almost every diaper change and it dries it out in a few days and protected her skin.

My doctor gave me a super low dose steroid that goes on it. It clears up overnight. Then when it comes back I just put a little more on.

At every diaper change wipe it, blow so the skin is dry, and apply a thin layer of aquaphor
