Is it normal to have bloody poop? What does it mean??

Answer

It could be alot of things! 
Is it a bright red or deep dark red? 
Dark deep red could indicate alot of internal issues (which NEEDS to be checked ASAP) while bright red could be simple rectum bleeding or a hemorrhoid. Its not limited to those things obviously.
Got a mirror? Go get familiar with your body for a minute and check if you've got anything funky going on down there.  If you see anything questionable, or if the bleeding doesn't stop after a few days, get checked out by your doctor!
