Baby wash/shampoo & lotion for sensitive skin?

My baby is 3 mo old and has sensitive skin but I notice that he has dry patches on his face that sometimes get a little red. Just wondering what people recommend for lotions that can be applied to baby’s face? And any soap/shampoo recommendations for sensitive skin!

How often are you bathing your baby?

Eucerin baby is great. And we did baths just 1-2x a week unless they got ragout dirty somehow, up until they were mobile.

We did baths every night as part of our routine and my son had some eczema (I do too), dr said any lotion with petroleum jelly in it since this is what I use we tried it and had a lot of success. Also make sure everything is fragrance free, we tried a lavender bubble bath a couple nights in a row now that he’s older and notice a slight flare up.
