Anyone been in this situation??

First real cycle post D&C. Period 6/14, ovulated super late on 7/7, and 7dpo I start spotting pink discharge. Wasn’t sure if it may be “implantation” or my period just came super early. Well today it picked up a little and it’s not heavy but its not just “spotting” now either. Just a light period so far. My HCG on 7/10 was at a 6.8 (still left from my last pregnancy) shouldn’t it have dropped low enough (<5) to give me negative strips by now?! And if this is possibly implantation, can it even be more than just “old blood spotting.” Everything is so thrown off after a d&c. So confused with my body.
