Birth control

What kind of birth control would you recommend? We are having our 4th baby soon and don’t want anymore kids. We honestly aren’t a very sexually active couple. Maybe 2-3x a month type maybe. No pills I will forget plus I dont want the hormones and no Mirena it messed me up, weight gain, anxiety, depression. I took it out after 4yrs and I just tracked my ovulation which worked ok almost did that for 1 year but then I was ovulating the week of January 1st and that’s when I got pregnant 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ having baby 4 and was thinking of getting my tubes tied but that just seems so invasive and unnecessary when we literally only have sex like twice a month. What do y’all recommend or what would you do?
