Laporotomy (full abdominal incision) or laparoscopy

I had a Methotrexate shot June 4th.

Went back a week later and the fetus had grown and had a heart beat 💔.

They took me into surgery and within 4 hours I was under the knife.

I had a full abdominal surgery (looks like a csection scar) but my tube hadn’t burst and I wasn’t bleeding. Thank God

I’m wondering if any one had the same surgery (instead of laparoscopy) under the same conditions.

I was told that they maybe just didn’t have the right tools in the hospital and that is really upsetting to me
