Hi ladies I am just looking for some people that have gone through a similar situation.

I am 5 & a half weeks pregnant (Found out 2weeks ago) I have been spotting for the full 2weeks so literally since the baby implanted. I have therefore been getting my HCG monitored every 48hours and it has been doubling the whole time (last bloods was 2days ago and was upto 1,862)

I had a scan done yesterday and nothing could be seen not even a sac. If my HCG had of still been rising yesterday in the same pattern it has been it should of been around 2,700 up from 1,862 the day before. With this HCG level they should definitely of been able to see the sac.

I have my followup appointment at the hospital on Monday for more blood tests and another scan.

In my opinion it is definitely looking like the baby is ectopic but no doctor has said that yet.

Has anyone experienced somthing similar and what was the outcome?
