How can I instantly ease cramps?

I took 2 ibuprofen an hour ago and they didn’t do anything except make me feel like I’m going to throw up and I just want to ease them quickly as possible so I don’t vomit. Please help

My cramps used to make me vomit on a monthly basis and I can tell you from experience that, unfortunately, you’ll just have to wait for the pain to stop which could take several hours. 
The key to dealing with intense cramps is prevention; drink plenty of water every day and have a relatively healthy diet. Bananas and herbal teas are especially helpful for keeping the cramps away. Also, next month when you start to feel the cramps coming, take 3 ibuprofen instead of 2. That may seem like a lot but believe me, it’s a life saver.

Depending how bad they are it can be difficult. Heating pad always helps me ease them. Drink hot mint tea and water and lay down
