Need help unsubscribing!!!

I got this app like a year ago and they charged me and I completely forgot I had this app

I’m trying to unsubscribe but the app and the App Store/iTunes keeps taking me to this in the settings but I don’t know if just turning off the receipt thing is the same as unsubscribing since it still says “active”

When I click on the app it just has options to change the subscription but nothing that says “cancel subscription”

I’ve tried going on the app and it just brings me here.... same as online

And I’ve tried emailing them but that’s obviously going to take forever
