Anyone experience pins and needles as an early symptom?

I have a weird “pins and needles” feeling all over my body, but mostly in my legs. I read that this is common in late pregnancy- but has anyone had this as a symptom before you knew you were pregnant?

This is caused by poor blood circulation
I’d recommend seeing a doctor
