Tmi...nipple changes

Hey y'all. So we tried this month for the first time and I'm on the tww. I've been exhausted but other than that no symptoms (I'm a nurse so like..ghe exhaustion could just be work or covid related blues). Other than the fact that since yesterday my nipples are constantly hard and my breasts feel fuller than usual. Like heavy. They are mildly sore and I probably wouldn't notice other than the fact that my nipples stay hard alllll the time. Lmao. I'm due next weekend for AF. Has this happened to anyone and it been a "sign"?

Just for additional info this has never happened before as far as like a potential PMS symptom. I was not on hormonal bc either. I had the copper iud. So my hormones have been pretty regulated.
