Cytotec for missed miscarriage. Help me

I am currently 2 hours into these lovely intense cramps with no fucking relief and I have yet to started bleeding. I took pills at 2 and I had a drop of blood just before the cramps started. I have vomited once and I literally feel like I am dying nothing is helping and I’m so ready for this to be over. Please tell me if something is wrong so I don’t go to the ER for no reason.

Edit: my water broke about 2 hours in 3 separate times and my pain/cramps almost immediately stopped. Within another hour, fetal tissue/placenta came out. I’ve learned a lot about myself tonight but at least it’s finally over and we can hopefully move past this heartbreak. Cudos to anyone who has had a natural birth. I had planned to do a VBAC with my next and tonight proved that I wouldn’t be able to handle it.
