Sex wakes me up
Every time me and my boyfriend have sex it always makes it hard for me to fall asleep after, where as other people usually find it helps them sleep I find it's harder for me to fall asleep and I feel more awake. I am pretty sure this started after I had my daughter. Anyone else have this problem? I actually useto have to take a sleep aid before sex because I had such trouble sleeping
