Positive pregnancy test but I’m spotting

So I took a pregnancy test this past Friday and it came back positive. I have been feeling bloated and been light cramping lately. I didn’t think anything of it until last night when I went to use the restroom and I wiped my self I saw light red blood on the tissue. Then this morning while taking a shower I was cleaning myself and I saw blood again but this time it wasn’t as light as the blood I saw last night. Should I be worried?? Could it be implantation??

I already scheduled my doctor appointment for tomorrow.
