AF Present to Myself

I decided to do something to help myself feel better and stay positive through this process. I try to eat super clean more now than ever while TTC. I’m careful about activities, etc.

So I’m going to make a list of “AF gifts” for myself. So if AF shows up instead of being sad that it’s “not my month” I can enjoy something knowing I’m not harming baby. Like a coffee from Starbucks, getting a massage, getting my nails done, etc. Just something small but fun to hit the reset button for the next month.
