Opinions ? Breast buds

Kr

Okay so I know some babies are born with them and all that, including my baby. I breast fed until she was 10 months old and she still had them. I have asked her dr about them and she said because I breast fed my hormones went to my daughter. She is turning 2 August 10th. So less then a month and there is no sign of them disappearing. Every time i bring it up to her pediatrician she says the same thing about breast feeding and it’s “normal” but idk it’s been over a year now.., they are still hard , they don’t seem to turn red or be irritated it just concerns me.
