Bleeding during IVF treatment normal??

I’m having a lot of spotting today, almost to where it looks like I’m shedding some lining....but I had ultrasound and blood today and the nurse said bleeding can be normal, but I didn’t have this last cycle. I’m day 5 of meds (lupron, gonal f, and menopur), and I’m still kinda freaking out! Not supposed to get retrieval for another week or so. Has anyone had bleeding like this? Is this normal?

Edit: I already had my period. It’s been over for 5 days.
