How many night feeds does your 3-4 mo have??
My baby went from eating once each night after sleeping 8 hours then sleeping again for another 2-3 hours to waking after about 5-6 hours for food but then only sleeps again for another 2 hours so lately we’ve been waking up at 5am with a 2am feed 😅 this might be the sleep regression but it’s been almost 2 weeks.
