What do you think about only fans and selling nudes?

If you’re not aware, this is a huge thing. Only fans is a huge thing and it has brought up more premium snap chats. If it’s not huge in your area, well it is here. So recently I’ve noticed that a lot of my friends are participating in this only fans thing and snap chat (selling nudes or literal porn whatever the seller is down for) They are completely open about it, it’s solicited on all of their social media’s with their real names. Its all exposed.

I’ve talked to them about it and gathered their thoughts. I always like to try and keep an open mind but at the same time try not to be biased. I like to think about myself like “why would I not do this” or some crap.

So i feel like our bodies are ours to do with as we please, you can do whatever you want with your body. Be a porn star, or even participate in prostitution (I honestly don’t understand why it’s illegal? I want to read into that)

But at the same time, what’s protecting my friends from consequences? Everyone’s open about how they’re making their income We are all 20-25 and some of us are in college. Colleges will kick you out and not allow you in for stuff like that.

People check your socials and will choose not to hire you over it. What if you’re at a point in your life when you can’t (for whatever reason) rely on sex work because my friends straight up pay ALL of their bills from this.

SO, I want you to not look at the fact that these girls are taking their clothes off and how that may not correlate with your personal morals. I don’t want them called names and degraded for their choices.

I want you to think about the fact that these are young women participating in something that may make their futures a lot harder than they need to be, and what everyone thinks about that. TelL mE youR DeeP tHoUGhtS about it.

What part of our narrative do we change? I mean we’d have to uproot something deep if we want to make it impossible for schools or employers to make judgment calls based on social media’s or the fact that someone is or used to be a sex worker...

I just don’t even know.
