IS THIS NORMAL ?

My daughter is 3 weeks old and I swaddle her to sleep in a bassinet right next to my bed. During slee she will pull her legs towards her tummy and make grunting noises. I thought that this was her just trying to take a poop. After she takes a poop or farts she normally stops but I just wanted to know if this was normal or if I should maybe speak to her doctor or change my diet (exclusively breast feeding) I thought maybe she did this because her tummy is upset. Does anyone else little one do this? Should I be concerned?
