dont wash it everyday!! also if you have the privilege of purchasing slightly more expensive shampoo & conditioner i would 100% recommend it. alot of cheaper brands use lots of silicons and nasty chemicals that will dry out your hair and cause alot of build up where as the higher quality products are better for your hair, healthy scalp & hair = quicker growth.

*any* Virgin Coconut oil is the best to help your hair grow! Put a pea size amount in your palm, rub your hands together till it melts and then massage it into your scalp and then add a small amount to the rest of your hair! *i do it twice a day, in the morning and then i go a little more heavy at night* and let it sit in your hair for 5-10 minutes and massage your scalp every once in a while *while it’s on your scalp* then hop in the shower and wash it all out.
