Two LH surges days apart?

Is this possible? I got my surge 3 days ago. It was very noticeable and I confirmed it with my clear blue digital advanced...solid smiley.

I’ve been cramping ever since and tested again, like an idiot. Yesterday I did have negative tests, but today....I am getting positives again...maybe?

I’m inserting a pic. Top two are from surge...they are dried out and the test line looked darker when wet.

Bottom two are from tonight.

Also—been temping and my temp did dip two days ago. It’s been higher since then.
