What can I do for intense itching at 35 weeks

I got my blood work done today for ICP but it takes a few day’s to get back if it is confirmed I have it I will have to be induced next week but in the mean times what can I do to get some type of relief it’s so bad especially at night.

Cold ice helps me. My mom froze alcohol with water or something so it was like a slushee consistency and we had 4 of those bags and rotated them out. I got my diagnosis yesterday and we’re inducing next week.

Last pregnancy I developed an auto immune disease that literally made me scratch my skin off. I was tested for cholestasis and everything but none of that was the reason. My doctor gave me a hydrocortisone cream while I waited for my test results. That gave me some relief. Also wear lose clothing and avoid anything that makes you break out in a sweat. That includes spicy food lol. Keep your skin moisturizer and drink lots of water. Use unscented products. No perfumes or sprays. 
I take anti allergy medication now to keep the itching at bay as the medication I usually take is not pregnancy approved (yet)
