Check your blood pressure as this much swelling could be a sign of preeclampsia. Also try reducing the amount of salt in your diet. I didn’t have swelling this bad but that definitely helped. Also maybe some cold water soaks or epsom salt soaks.

Is this normal for you Or sudden? Have you checked your BP? Usually I soak in epsom salt and that tends to help.

🙋🏻‍♀️ me too! My hands, feet, and legs have been so swollen some days that I struggle getting flip flops on. I feel like the Michelin man when I get home from work. My dr and midwife are not concerned because my blood pressure is normal as well. Just keep hydrating and drink lots of water. They also suggested drinking a bottle of Gatorade or Powerade a day in addition to more water. Keep in mind i typically drink 5-6 bottles of water a day but she said to drink more. Especially in this heat!

If this is a normal occurrence I suggest dandelion root tea. It helped me so much with my swelling. If not a normal occurrence def talk to the dr about it and make sure you’re drinking so much water you’re sick of it.

I'm pretty sure you need to call your midwife. This shouldn't be happening. Try and drink lots of water in the meantime xx

Omg!!! This happened to me today too!! My hands are actually hurting from it!! 
This happened when I was out in the heat one day and then it went away. Not sure what triggered it this time
