Sleep schedule ?

What time do you guys toddlers wake , nap and go to bed having trouble she goes to bed late and I need an ideal time for her since we’ve just had baby #2

Nap 2-4ish

Bedtime is 7–730 and she wakes around 7 am. Nap is 12-2 sometimes shorter then that but usually 2 hours.

Bedtime is 6:30-7 and she is up between 5:45-6:30. No naps 😫 She has always been against naps no matter what I try from the time she was born she has been a terrible sleeper

Wake up 7:30-8:30 am (occasionally she’ll sleep until 9ish because she was up later the night before)
Nap starts around 12-1 pm 
She will wake up around 2-3 pm
Bedtime between 7:30-8:30 pm
If she needs to go down earlier for nap or bedtime we do that. If we have something going on and she wants to stay up and be apart of it, we do that. We’re pretty flexible but also have a routine that we stick to about 90% of the time.

Ideally bedtime is 9-9:30 but lately it's been closer to 10/10:15 because we live in the Pacific Northwest US and it's still very light out so late it just feels weird putting him to bed before dark. He's also become very defiant at bed and naps.
Wake up between 8:30 to 10:30 and that varies quite a lot because he nurses in the morning and will sometimes nurse back to sleep and basically take a 2 hour nap. 
Nap is between 3 and 4 and he sleeps from 1 hour to 2 hr 15 minutes depending.

Ugh This is hard because we wont let him sleep past 8am or 3pm so if he wales at 8 bed by 12:30-1 and we wont let him go past 3pm because then he will be up later but ai dont like putting him down later than 8 either so he sleeps usually 8-8 right now and naps 1-3 hes a great sleep always has been

Our LO goes to bed between 8–9 (sometimes closer to 7 if it was a big day). Wakes up between 6–7 (sometimes we get lucky and he sleeps until 8). He either takes two one hour naps (morning and evening) or one two hour nap (midday).

So I did wake at 7-8 am nap between 1-3 and bed by 7:30-8  she woke up at 10 pm and stayed up most of the night a refused to stay in her bed .
