Positive OPK on CD10!

I had a little bit of EWCM on cd8, and more on CD9, so I started to BD. I never had copius amounts or even days of ewcm! I, coincidentally, had electrified acupuncture after starting to test positive on CD10, it's supposed to help with movement, TMI but my SO enjoyed it's after effects (twitching).

Last cycle was 30days, this one's predicted to be 25. What does early ovulation mean? Does it mean I really do have low ovarian reserve, and the follicles are thus recruited early? My AFC is at 16, I'm 35, FSH 9.

In any event, I'm suppose to start priming for IVF on the 29th of this month. Here's to my last chance of hoping I caught the egg naturally.
