I don’t like my obgyn 😫

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I’ve had a weird feeling about my obgyn since the beginning but it’s literally the only obgyn in my area that takes my insurance and it’s at my local health department 😭 shes made a few comments about my weight even though I’ve only gained 12 lbs. I was 176 and now I’m 188. I had to do the glucose test twice (and I passed it twice) because I’m more at risk? Also she said I was measuring 5 weeks ahead and I have to go in for a growth ultrasound because it common for “obese” woman to have bigger baby’s. I feel like she’s going to end up pushing a c section on me because she said I had bigger babies but they were only 8lbs 10 oz and I had no problem pushing them out with no complications, also never had anyone comment on my weight with my first two pregnancies even though I weighed about the same?
