Suggestions?!

Hey guys,

I’m on two separate apps to record my periods/ovulations. We’ve been trying since February to get pregnant. My period is late. I took a test this morning and it looked negative to me. I have no symptoms of PMS. This would be my first kid. Do you think I could be pregnant or just late? I got off birth control December 2019. Since then my periods can be irregular, but the last 3 months have been regular. Help.
