Possible ECV and Induction

I’m 35 weeks and baby is still breech, hasn’t moved from his spot since 25 weeks. My doctor has mentioned the possibility of trying an ECV at 39 weeks and then inducing immediately if it is successful in turning him.

Has anyone else been through this? I’m worried I will go into labor before then! If I do, does anyone know if they would be able to try to turn him even after labor has started?

I will ask Dr at next appointment, just curious if anyone has experience with this.
