Raspberry Tea?

Who else is drinking raspberry leaf tea? I would love to hear your experience with it if you have drank it for previous pregnancies. Almost 34 weeks and getting nervous about labor 😬

I started drinking it at 34 weeks with my first. I had a longer labor but only pushed for 30 minutes! Just ordered some to start taking at 34 weeks again.

Yes, yes, yes! Someone recommended it to me and I tried it with my second pregnancy in my third trimester only. Midwife said drink as much of the raspberry leaf tea as you want or can. The young gal checking me out at target with it said she and her sister also drank with their pregnancies and had easy and quick labors. I had my daughter bout an hour after arriving at the hospital without drugs for that second pregnancy and felt like a champ. I’m drinking it again for #3 and hoping for another quick delivery. No caffeine in it and it actually tastes great. Worth a try.

Plx eat 4 to 6 dates daily after 34 weeks it will really help in easy labour and delivery its tried and tested by me.. my first labour was 12 hours and my second was 2 hours and in 1 push baby was out..

I did a lot of research and see the lot of women have had good experience using the tea in one pregnancy versus not using it in another. I’ve had two other pregnancies where I never drank it and I’m trying it this time around. So I can’t speak to its efficacy, but I will have two other pregnancies to compare things to after this birth. Honestly though, my third birth should be faster and easier anyway.🤷🏻‍♀️ I figured it couldn’t hurt. I’m currently 32 weeks and drinking 1 cup every other day￼￼ and plan to increase that around 36 weeks.

I drank it with my first and was in labor for about 8 hours. Pushed for 30 minutes. I feel like it can’t hurt to drink it, if anything it’s a good way to extra fluids in. I’m drinking 4 cups a day right now so we shall see how it goes the second time around 😄

I’ve drank it for my last pregnancy and just started at 30 weeks with my current pregnancy. I was in labor for 2 hours with my last pregnancy, and baby arrived 39 minutes after getting to the hospital. I think the tea really helped prep my uterus. Looking forward to a fast delivery again ☺️

Been drinking it! Did with my first and ut stopped me from having preterm contractions. Doing the same for me again. Also my labor first time was 6 hours so this time might be less 🤞🏾
