Excessive hair TMI pictures

If you’re not comfortable with butt pictures don’t look.I hope these pictures are allowed because I don’t know how else to explain it because I feel like no matter what words I say y’all aren’t going to understand how much hair this is. Sooo I am 21 and I’ve been having this problem ever since I was young. When I say I have excessive hair I mean I have EXCESSIVE hair! Now I do realize that we can have hair on our bums and face but the hair in the amount of hair that I have it’s not normal. I have a bush on my butt like how you get a bush on your front I got it on the back and I also have a beard now doesn’t grow as long or as thick as a man’s beard more of a teenager boy that’s just growing a beard. I don’t know how to fix it. I shave my “beard” comes back within 24 hrs and I’ve shaved my butt but it itches a few hours later and becomes incredibly painful with hair growing back and horrible pimples for well over month. I honestly don’t think this is a normal amount of hair and I don’t know how to fix it and I don’t know what do I even ask my mom and she doesn’t really care. For me it makes me really uncomfortable especially like if im gonna be intimate with someone
