Desperate for help!

Hey ladies. I am on day 4 with a migraine, nothing relieves it. I will take Tylenol and get maybe an hour of relief. I am to the point where I start to see blurry vision and flashes. My feet and hands get a tad swollen nothing crazy, but my blood pressure is fine.

Not sure if I should go to the ER or something but really don’t want to go if all there gonna do is just give me more Tylenol and send me home. I’m am in so much pain, and I can’t handle it anymore :/
