Best good coverage foundation??

I'm not a make-up wearer (I wear it maybe once a month for date night with my husband or sometimes to church pre-covid) but I need a good foundation. I have moderate acne and lots of scarring from it. I also have quite a bit of peach fuzz around my face and every foundation I've ever tried makes it stand out. I have areas of dry skin but I can erase them well enough with lotion. I'm willing to spend a moderate amount of money if it doesn't expire quickly and I can use it for a while. All I want is to be able to cover my acne lol. Does anyone have any foundation they love that's just amazing? TIA!
