missing period

first, please be kind with me i get really stressed and i overthinking a lot.

I been on the pill since 3 years and on march i stopped taking it because of Covid 19 and never refilled it. I had 2 normal periods, one on may and the other one on june but now i haven’t had my period and i had unprotected sex on july 17 and i really don’t know when i get my period because before the pills I was irregular but i been having some cramps. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but i don’t know if i will have my period or I will skipped it.

Can someone help me.
