Lines didn't darken from 11 to 12dpo

Yesterday I felt so hopeful and excited. Today I'm a ball of anxiety and feel defeated and scared.

I don't know if I even believe I'm pregnant now bc they didn't darken at all.

I have an appointment for blood work on Thursday. Calling tomorrow to beg to be seen Wednesday instead. Is this normal at all? Is it hopeless that I'm not seeing darkening after 24 hours? I see so many peoples posts with definite line progression, and mines not like that at all. :'(
