Getting off birth control
Did anyone suffer really bad acne after getting off birth control? I had the be plan on for 3 years and had it removed recently due to side effects and wanted to feel my body naturally before getting on another birth control however I got really bad acne and can’t get rid of it in any way, I’m eating well, and cleaning my face daily but it just seems like it’s not getting any better. HELP! Thank you in advance!
