How’re you holding up? How’s your blood sugar levels so far? And what’s your diet like these days? Any tips you can share on how to lower your blood sugar?
So far my levels have been within normal range (yay!) that I’m starting to become complacent oops. Let’s face it, having GD sucks and it’s depressing that you now find eating or food not enjoyable anymore so sometimes I indulge myself with a mini chocolate bar, fruit juices and even instant ramen just to make me feel better.
Taking a walk 20-30mins after a meal usually helps to lower my blood sugar. Any other tips you guys wanna share? 💓
