Do you guys consider commenting hearts or “ you’re beautiful “ on other girls pictures on IG disrespectful ?

It's up to you to set the boundaries for your relationship. Some people count flirting as cheating, others don't even count sex with someone else as cheating. If your partner's doing this, then you need to tell him you're uncomfortable with it.
If it was me, I wouldn't count it as cheating - but I'd be very upset and angry, as he's not the kind of guy to comment that kind of thing on anyone's pics (not even mine 😅). Whereas my friend's boyfriend always shows support by commenting "😍😍😍" on his female friends posts - and my friend is ok with that because she knows he doesn't mean anything by it.
