Injections after c section?

Do they need to be done at the same time every day? My husband was doing them for me at 4:30 as thats whwn the midwife at the hospital did them but now hes back to work and doesnt finish until 7:30! Does it matter what time?

They tell you to have the injections at the same time but i dont think a few hours late will make a difference.
I had to have 2 shots a day and a few times i was a couple of hours late. As long as it is an evening shot, then having the injection in the evening rather than the next morning is important. A few hours here and there shouldn't be too much of an issue

I have a blood clot in my leg. I do the injections every 12 hours. Sadly I have to do them for 3 months. I was late on them at first and was told it was ok. But if your hubby gets off later, I would change the time you do them.

I had an open myomectomy last year and they also gave me anti clotting shots in my stomach for the first 2 days. These shots are just to prevent DVT in your legs which is why they put me in compression stockings and also machines on my legs to constantly massage them.
On the third day after the open myomectomy (which is similar to a c sect) they stopped the massage machines and also the stomach injections.
