Worried :(

I went to the ER today because I was bleeding and cramping and thought I was having a miscarriage. I get a pelvic exam and I have a severe infection. TMI like really bad, green and yellow colors and lots of irritation which is causing the bleeding. Well she said she was sending out a sample to be tested. I was alright until she asked if there's anyway I could have an STD and that it looks like it could be gonorrhea or chlamydia and to not have sex until I find out. Girls IM MARRIED. I haven't had sex with anyone but my man in almost 4 years. Now there's a chance that it could be any infection out there but let's not be naive you know?? All of these symptoms started up today after the last time we had sex 4 days ago. Before that it has embarrassingly been a little while. At least 7+ days :( I confronted him because he knows I'm at the hospital. He swears up and down he didn't cheat but since when do cheaters out themselves. I don't believe he did but what other explanation could it be?? I get my test results on Wednesday. I hope I can last until then I'm going nuts.
