Did I really ovulate?
I’ve been testing 3x a day with OPKs and have all been negative, my CM hasn’t really coincided with ovulation but my bbt chart sure does look like I did. Everything I’m reading says progesterone causes the rise and that only happens after ovulation and that you don’t get a rise UNLESS you ovulate, is that true? I feel like I had no Ovulation symptoms at all
