Colic???!!?

Hi everyone.

I am feeling so depressed I needed to reach out to you all

My baby is 5 weeks and has been breastfeeding the whole time. She has been so fussy, she’s literally crying all day and seems hard to console. I’ve been to the doctor and she was put on an acid reflux med which seemed to help for a few days then back to normal.

Yesterday the dr recommended a gi referral and to try a specialty Formula for lactose intolerance. I am so upset because I want her to have breastmilk but also want her to be comfortable and if she’s in pain I want something to help.

Any advice or support?
