Does this sound like reflux?

My EBF 8 week old started spitting up quite a bit after every single feed. Sometimes it’s a lot and other times it’s not so much but it’s always curdled milk. Sometimes she cried after she spits up.
She has a doctor appointment in a week but I’m just curious if this sounds like reflux to any of you ladies and if there is anything I can do in the mean time.

My 7 week old has always spit but today it’s curdled. I was concerned because he also has a hernia so I brought him to the pediatrician. She wasn’t concerned with it at all since he’s gaining a ton of weight. I’m nervous about him sleeping tonight because the spit up isn’t as loose as it usually is. She did say it was reflux but she isn’t prescribing medication like she used to because most babies she’s seen haven’t noticed a big change.

Try burping every 5 mins then have baby in a sitting position in your arms for 10 mins after feeding.
