Cassava Root Supplement?

Anyone taking or have any luck with Cassava Root? I’ve read mixed reviews. I wouldn’t be taking for the goal of twins - just for some extra oomph for fertility. I’ve read that cassava helps with “hyper-ovulation”. 🤷‍♀️ I just don’t want to take anything that’s going to mess with my cycle.
