Depo shot & long period

I got my second round of the depo shot about 2 months ago. For about 3 weeks now, I have been on my period? or something like that. It’s a mix of blood and like a brown discharge type substance. From wearing tampons this much, I have completely like dried out. It hurts to wipe after I pee and have sex. I can’t have sex because the pain is just terrible. How do I get myself back to normal? I think I’m done bleeding at this point bc I haven’t bled all day but I want the pain to go away.
