Pregnant exactly 1 month after D&C

I had a D&C done on June 27 due to a MMC. Starting July 20th, every one of my pregnancy test were stark white negatives. On the 24th, I experienced a horrible back pain just like I did just a few days before I received my BFP the last time I was pregnant. To my surprise all my test from yesterday were positive and today the line is even darker so there is no doubt in my mind, I am pregnant.

Has anybody conceived and continued to have a successful pregnancy right after a D&C with no period in between?

I’m excited but nervous! All your input is greatly appreciated!
