Advice needed please anyone

My son is 14 months and he was such a happy boy up until 14 days ago he now cries all day long refuses his food and when he dose eat only a little!!! I’m pregnant and I can’t turn away from him without him screaming I’m pulling my hair out it’s a new scream high pitch and it’s so annoying I feel really down I’m not eating properly I’m not sleeping I’m overall so tired where has my happy baby gone 😢😢😢😢
