Anyone else constantly hot as hell?

I’m hot at all times, and I’m so over it lol. Doing anything makes me sweat. Even when I’m not doing anything I’m just radiating heat 😩 tell me I’m not alone

I’m hot alllll the time! I’ve got the house set to 20 degrees c which is 68f lol and my poor husband is always in a sweatshirt 😂 luckily our preschooler runs hot like me and only wears underwear now lol. 
But yes, everything makes me sweat!!

I’m cold in our air all day until Around 7pm and I’m hot and sweaty ALL night. I even make it cooler than day time

You’re so not alone.  I begrudgingly keep my house temp at 72 but I’d love it much lower.  Especially when I am up and working on things around the house 🥵

Yes. I’m so freaking hot all the time. I’m the type of person who wears sweaters in summer and has a blanket at work but now I can’t even stand to sleep with more than a sheet 😅

Doesn’t help that I live in the desert, it’s going to be 120 degree this weekend. && I keep my house at 75 degrees inside.
