Acid reflux

My daughter is 5 months. We’ve been using probiotic drops and had a formula changed which helped a lot, but she’s still wheezing when trying to poop due to acid reflux. She gets super mad and cries every time she poops. Her poops are normal so I know it’s from the wheezing.

What else can we try? I brought it up to her dr and she recommended the drops which have helped but not with the wheezing while pushing.
