First time mom anxiety at night

Hey I need some advice. My baby has never slept in her crib at night because it’s just me and her at night and I’m terrified that if someone breaks in she’ll be too far away. So she’s always slept in my room or the living room in her pack n play. She’s 8.5 months. It’s a 1 story house and our bedroom is on one side and the guest room and the baby’s are on the opposite side. I have a video baby monitor and a home security system but I’m still scared. Any advice?
